Sauer Royal and some of the Merkels, you will notice they almost look identical, and I wonder if one isn't a copy of the other, for all practical purposes. You don't really need ejectors, and they can even be troublesome at times, but usually work pretty good, but not as positive with all ammo, as a plain extractors.
